Interesting scenario that thrusts Internet Governance into the limelight, the internet has broken down National borders brought about new challenges with regard to governance issues, Egypt has been a major player in Internet governance circles, lets wait and see how the issue is resolved.

Just called a contact at Vodafone Egypt and asked whether this is
true. He was very guarded in his reply - understandably - he said
they're having connectivity issues but he can't tell if other
companies are experiencing the same.

He hung up real quick.
