@Ian  My take is you may need both but minimal is<u><b> interest</b></u> and <b><u>recommended Attitude</u></b>. Dip and Degree are papers that show you certified averagely of course the rest is up to you, just<u><b> visit the site</b></u> dude and find what you interested in they<u><b> have written what is required of you</b></u>, actually skills in xxxxxx not certs in xxxxx<br>
