Theres this saying that goes around that Kigali is Rwanda and Rwanda is Kigali, in a larger context outside Kigali its synonymous with trekking into the desert seeking a swimming pool.<div>Besides, South Africans are very good outside their country but inside? its slowly crumbling and yet they still beat us in so many things.....<br>

</div>I do agree...for large telcos it&#39;s a massive exercise, financially, in<br>
terms of human resources, and also the risk involved.<br>
