[Skunkworks] Incase the cold weather is making you stay indoors, what are the heaters option?

Interestingly I saw an Oil Filled Radiator electric heater at the LG shop 9in Sarit @ 12,900/-. Kweli, times are chaging in kenya, such radiators were common scenes in winter countries. The units operate silently. Rgds.
