Hi people,
From my understanding,WHT should only apply to consultancy service but not on software licence or subscription.
Software should attract only VAT, i bet
Has anyone ever encountered WHT on software of subscription. This is a point i would wish someone to clarify for me as well as share KRA doc on software taxation.I have not been able to get clear info and so I seek if anyone can share on the same.
