&lt;Rant&gt;<br><br>1. KPLC have (so far amongst those I have heard) the worst IVR in Kenya. They are followed by CFC StanBic Bank&#39;s IVR. Repetitiveness in the IVRs are simply annoying!<br>    If you doubt this, call 0711 031 680 (for KPLC) and hear for yourself.<br clear="all">
