I am not worried about other countries spying on us. Its what Embassies are for anyway. We use foreign hardware running foreign software and we are worried that Safaricom is distributing our Metadata? Where were we when MPESA servers sat for years in Europe? Am more interested in whether WE are spying on anyone. Do we have the capacity to do it? The foresight, The skill or even the will?
