[Skunkworks] How do you change a Joomla /Mambo PWD?

Skunks, I have some old sites that I did in Mambo a long time ago and I have forgotten the passwords to the admin panel. I am however able to get access to the C-Panel using a root password. I understand one can can change the PWD through the DB, but am not sure how to do this.
