[Skunkworks] Laptop from ebay

If i bought a laptop from ebay,apart from shipping costs and the cost of the laptop(of course),what else would i be required to pay? VAT? Any other tax? If any taxes,eg. for a laptop of 600USD,what should be the total budget? Kindly assist.
