Ohhh no!

I am not offering this but I have some silly thoughts:

what if all operators at one time agree to make access to Internet Free for one week, at the same time.

Let see how "greedy" we can be. Based on that let us see what capacity we really need and actually need. one thing is however clear to me, that there is demand!

Is there a measure of what capacity a country require at any given time? any advice from the Water Companies? the theory is the same.

Or even KPLC! But I wonder how will the consumer know they've been given free use of their services!
