@ Philip, I can confirm that I have been a customer and I have browsed the @ the 2/- rate on the same line very recently...na hakuna fine print anywhere... ...OK, called customer care and they told me that they they have no idea that there was such an offer... Maybe you need to have been a previous customer and actually browsed at KES 2 per minute during chargeable hours to be eligible for the free offer. I am sure they have some small print somewhere.
But using for KES 16 is cost more and waste your time. Call customer care first and listen to what they have to say.
