The Role
To lead, direct and control in the establishment, development, deployment, implementation and maintenance of the of the company’s technology department and service management office including the strategic business plan, enterprise architecture, infrastructure and technology based solutions to support the business objectives of the company across the Group’s operations in Africa. The use of ETOM and ITIL will be the foundation for the business best practices.
To direct and provide leadership to the technical department, define and implement technical strategies for penetrating the market place and manage the infrastructures performance to the agreed KPI’s and SLA’s.
