Alex, Since you know the handle, why don't you trying entering all the passwords you know? Maybe with a little persistence, you may be able to get it right. I had a similar issue some time back and was able to recover an account after several tries.

The scenario here is weird. I have the twitter handle. But unfortunately I have forgotten my password and email address that I used when I was creating the account.Worse still I also did not link my cellular number to my account otherwise I would have managed to sort of the matter via sms.
