[Skunkworks] Sample Quotation for System (S/W and H/W) installation

I would like some help on this. I am to do a system installation for a company that is not within our borders. Has anyone quoted for such before? Can someone 'help' me with a sample quot? I need to know what to include e.g. Custom tariffs, air transport, visa, accommodation etc ASAP.
