@pithon, I beg to differ. We are moving towards (if we aren't there yet) an era in the mobile indistry where the tech platform will be identical among all providers e.g. with mast sharing, 3G licensing for other players (which WILL happen, like it or not) and so forth.

The crux of the matter is that it is the SERVICE QUALITY that counts. Not even pricing, which is a battle angle Bharti Airtel are looking at.

Not to be too bashful here, but eveyone knows voice quality is least desirable on safaricom...even though I spend most of my voice communications budget there ONLY because over 90% of my biz/personal contacts are on that network.
