You buy a voucher code, get the software, install it and use a modem without Credit to create a VPN Via international servers and BAM!

It's about 600/- KSH a month to get online. By far the cheapest option in Kenyan history. And the speeds are not half bad depending on your network.
Question here for me would be the legality of piggybacking on a network without using their bandwidth but using their system to log on to the internet via a dislocated set of servers.
