From what we went thru I'd rather forget Access kabisa, you'd get the most ludicrous explanation for dead connections, from 'sun outages' 'cloud cover' and its bloddy clear skies at that time to clueless support guys. Picture this, they were still billing us three months after we'd moved on, clearly something must be terribly wrong there. And for what we were paying we are getting double now.
