Indeed, speed has been low the last two weeks...
Well, they tell customer to ping zuku because I guess when it's what they
advertised for (advertised speed is the speed when pinging Zuku.co.ke)
That's why a friend of mine told me that paying for Turbo 4 is total
nonsense since you get the same speed whatever offer you have (Turbo 1,
Turbo 4 or Turbo 8)... so why paying double price (Turbo 4) if you only get
speed of Turbo 1 ???
I think he may right; anyone here can confirm this ?? If confirmed, gonna
downgrade to save a bit !!

Have you tried using gparted to delete the existing partition, create a new
partition and format the disk? Usually works for me.
