Shad, as previously said, depends on how you want your phones and pc's to coexist. But I think what you want is more of IP phones as opposed to analogue phone setup. Its the easier setup.

I have done such hybrid (analogue and digital) setups before, for analogue phones you need to be a little vigilant so that the right pairs are used both on the discase and patch panel. Its a little different. If you want a demo I can volunteer.
