Ideally, if you have any Decoder with a Common Interface slot (CI), it should accept at least Star Times, but again, that;s up to StarTimes to support such, and they may not have plicy. I think the other stations charge akina Startimes because StarTimes also charge for the same, or place them in chargeable bouquets.
