
Hi Dennis, I like the example you've given of KPLC having sorted the technical issue they had. I bet this should be the best way of serving your clients. Nway, could it be that the issues affecting Mkesho are external factors as opposed to the internal System failure. Maybe they should consult KPLC, looks like KPLC of late have synced their ERP with MPESA, you pay for the bill and results are instant and seem to come from a comp, not someone like before.
