There are firms in the first world that have labs that can do data recovery on even physical damage ... I contacted them once and the prices were like 100K so my HD is still waiting for the day a guy will start that in Kenya then I will spend Coz I still value the data I lost ...

How about shift deleted files  Can you handle that? What about shredded files done with AxCrypt Software? Also can you recover data files that have been windows encrypted using DER/CER and PFX encryption methods  prior to encryption or even after the encryption?
