I would like to think setting up avenues of services to cater for the different professionals on this list and areas of technology. This will enhance on the structure of delivery of services and channels of communication. Am i complicating stuff? from experience,people overlook the issues above until someone like queen bee donates a 2Milli cheque then all hell breaks loose coz everyone wants a piece of it and it wasnt designated for any specific plans.

Yeah, I agree. We need somebody to act as an administrator to co-ordinate events and reply to stuff. ie to act as a point of reference given that other volunteers can come and go.
