Hi,<br>That is why they tell you terms and conditions apply and you sign that you have read them including the cost of getting the balance, so what i usually do to get my balance i send a higher amount to somebody like 70k when i know i have around 5k so they will tell me you have this amt and you cannot send to this person this amt..<br>
