@ Dave, was your package registered airmail/parcel or it was untracked. The reason I ask is I find untracked packages not finding their way to customs as often as tracked (registered) packages do. I did as advised by someone in here. Went to posta city square and was refered to the second floor, then later to the 5th Floor. Met a nice lady who told me to give her a day to search for it.. And a day later she calls me an tells me that she hasn't found it, to give her one more day and indeed she found it and told me to proceed to the customs department and give her a call.

Moral of the story: don't lose hope. You will still find your package within the post office
