@Jared - if I bought a crate of beer from EABL and found all the bottles half empty you can get I would bash them.... But having said that....our service providers/operators really need to style up and give us value for the money we have already paid them. B

Is there a way for redress with Safaricom? They've stolen from me, buy deducting my KES 999 and not allocating me the bundle, making me to use my reserved airtime instead!
