[Skunkworks] Zain Data Down

I don't think that it's a case of double standards for the simple reason that one would complain on the outage of a service that they used. I cried foul on saf jana coz I use it, just as u did Zain coz you use it. Am sure you wouldn't know if AK had issues if ur not on it.
