I have over the weekend been running trials on connectify dispatch http://www.connectify.me/dispatch/
This is an easy-to-use Windows software that lets you combine multiple Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G, and Ethernet connections into one super-fast connection.
Was able to combine my Orange modem and accesskenya at home link ( it has been pathetic for months) to achieve consistent speeds of 1.9 to 2.4 mbps.
Whats more, it allows you to share this super link using its inbuilt connectify wifi hotspot.
Would highly recommend it.
