That has ever happened to me bt my case had been overbilled the 1st time gave up n paid n then it happened to me again recently this time round i was very persistent until they resolved the issue.
Therefore afta the 24hrs if they have not yet sent you the money still call n followup if the customer on the toll free line is a now it all use other means like twiter or visit their shop.

Called safcom and met a more sane representative.got the 500mb data bundle and was promised my mpesa refund in 24 hrs.So far its not yet there.My number is 0721244927.
