I assume it's better for as much guys to log in and engage each other more, so I decided to post a guide of how to do this. Please note I'm specific to the XChat client software on linux (make sure you have xchat installed on your linux box) . How to log into IRC channel from Xchat on linux (make sure xchat isinstalled) . Start xchat, its in Internet softwares, chat) . On the menu labelled XChat click Network List for a pop-up. . On the Network list pop-up you can choose the Nickanames you want to be using. . Click add and label or rename the "New Network" as 'Skunkworks'. . Once done highlight the channel i.e. Skunkworks and click edit. . On the "Servers for Skunkworks" edit the "newserver/6667" and put my.co.ke . Still on the pop-up under Favorite Channel: enter #skunks (Include the hash i.e. #) . Confirm that the my.co.ke url is correct and also that favorite channel is correct . Click cancel to exit . On the Network list menu, select Skunkworks and click connect.
Welcome you shall find the other listers there.
