Thanks guys, Will look for time and go take it get replaced. In the meantime I did some gymnastics to get mountain lion running again on the disk. Have a partition with windows software and data that is more important and as far as I can tell the reallocated sector count is not going higher. So ill risk it till then. Data is backed up though.
