Looks like there is no infrastructure of sorts in that area. 
Whether copper or fiber, you will "have to cater for civil works, trenching license, terminal equipment e.t.c" just as 'techi' put it. However, without much rhetoric, just look for quotes from different contractors! Its not a definite price value for such a project.

And on another note..is this distance within a private property or through other private/public properties. In case of the property being exclusive, you can just consider trenchworks, then use repeaters/switches for a standard CAT5 ethernet cables in 100meter intervals!!  (I don't know even if that works, but if done well, it can give you 100Mbps = LAN speeds!)

Otherwise, just request for quotes for the works from contractors and do price comparisons!!
