So every time someone asks you for a solution, your first question would be "what is your budget"? :-)
Sounds sensible, somehow. From now on, that would be the first question I'll be asking whenever I am approached. It makes sense to monetize everything.
Money is the focus; because, when dealing with generic requirements, such as online backups, it helps to understand where the person stands. I am not saying the other requirements don’t matter, they are very significant, but I have dealt with too many who are happy until they learn the cost.

That’s just it… Your budget for viewing .mpp is preferably kshs 0.00… But that’s still a budget! The guy who is willing to buy MS Project, and has the budget for it, will get a different experience.
I still stick to the fact that a budget is required first. But that’s just my opinion.

I disagree;
My requirement was to get a solution that allows me to view .mpp files!! That was the Primary consideration!
The cost then came on as an elimination factor.
Question : What if the ONLY way ever for me to ever view .mpp files was through buying a crystal ball worth 200 Chinese Yen. Would it help if I stuck to my Kes 500/= budget?
