
Did your friend by any chance use a public computer and leave while still signed in. Someone I know did that and the next person who used the computer changed all their passwords. contact yahoo...believe it or not your friend gave away his/her password(they were asked to confirm it coz yahoo is aparently checking who are still using their accounts) and they went in to his/her mail and changed it. Next expect an " im in the UK send me 500 $ to bail me out coz ive been robbed email"

He tried to open his mail and the password was being rejected, He went to forget password option and was asked secret question which he remembers very well and was rejected what else can be done to access this email account again?
