By now, I think the adoption of Android is too spread to start suing, while most of those suits end up in cross-patenting deals. So its mostly in the USA where this will apply, but look at it this way, Motorola cross patent with iPhone, make sure that Huawei doesnt get in , cause if they do, they get sued the hell out.
