I have no problem with the CIA, NSA, NIS (Kenya), KGB, Mossad, MI6 etc reading anything I have on the Internet because it's meant to be there and no one lied to me that Internet is private! I do not think this espionage issue is that big in the event that you do not deal drugs, terrorism, money laundering. In any case, I do not think they spy to steal from your bank or Paypal account. If you are on the right side of the law, worry not! I may be wrong though.
