Hi Joe, Yes there exists API's for this - unfortunately none that are publicly available (as far as I know). I know that one of the local mobile-money gateway companies have been playing with this, but have not yet turned it into a product. And I know at least two companies that have their own custom solution for this.. I have been planing to add this functionality to PesaPi at some point, I have all the information required for it, but have not yet been able to set aside the 50hours (or so) that it will take.
