Has anyone read The E.Standard's article on the new by-laws???
There is a section on dogs
"No owner of a dog shall permit or cause the dog to cry or bark in
a manner that disturbs the quite, peace, rest comfort of the
neighborhood."
Now Philip as you acquire your new puppy, please dont cause it to
bark by staring at it rudely or maybe giving it a name which suites
a cat...otherwise its gonna cry and council askaris will respond.
This is just madness....i thought these guys were crazy but they
have taken it to another level!
What next "No one shall cause his/her rooster to crow before
5:43:40 am! Faliure to that the owner shall be arrested and fined
accordingly!
