It even sounds ludicrous ... Have prices come down? the answer is YES!
is it to the satisfaction of people NO! Should Ndemo resign because
the prices haven't come down to your satisfaction? let's be serious.

We buy capacity from ISPs and not from the ICT Ministry, if we have a
problem we pick it with them and not government, or are we looking for
razzmatazz?? We should pressure Safaricom, KDN, Access and the rest to
push their prices lower. Gakuru et al, are we assured of lower prices
should he step down?

It's about taking responsibility, David.

A minister in India resigned some time back after a rail accident, IIRC. He was govt, but was he driving the train? No?
Same thing here. If the PS said prices would come down, then he should take responsibility. We know he doesn't run the outfits which should bring the prices down, but he has a say which can influence that. If not, I think he should still just resign for misleading the public:-)

Someone must take responsibility.
