[Skunkworks] Help with rooting a Windows Phone

Hi all, I need help in rooting an LG-e900h which is running Windows Phone 7. I don't know how to go about it and online forums that I am checking out are kind of vague. I also need o know which one is the best operating system to install on the phone since it keeps rebooting a lot and crashing since the last update.
