The fact that it appears that it is only Dr. Ndemo in Government advocating for reduction in prices is pretty scary. . .what happens when he leaves? Why doesnt the CCK director general ever talk while this is smack dab in his docket?. . . this talk of recouping investments though valid is cartel like behaviour. . . . again I ask where is the CCK?. . .they should setup a government ISP that runs at break even so as to show the real cost of internet provision and thus give the public an idea as to how much these ISP's really rake in. . ..
