It isnt really suicidal if you don't drive in a suicidal manner (many PSV motorcycle riders do drive like that). How do you explain large scale adoption of motorcycles in cities of other developing nations with more homicidal traffic ?
Plus the council has restrictions on PSV motocycles in the city center.....
is that so ? i use a motorbike most of the time -- i have never had a problem with the city council (though my motorbike is not a PSV :-) )
