Stephen, I can see she replied to some mails so that means we are being ignored. I think the major problem is a question of ownership. I saw a mail on a different mailing list where someone called safaricom from a zain line and was told off. Maybe KDN needs someone who will take personal ownership of the brand and 'die' with it at least in skunkworks.
