@Brainiac, for someone like me who has spent literally many years buried in tech stuff, it takes time to look at all the problems arounds us. Thnks for the book reference and will have a read, hopefully its not based on a consipracy theory. At the end of the day, as a citizen if am asked to be part of a poll where the entire country projects for developments are listed, I'd have no problem paying taxes for loans just to ensure that some kenyan in a poor district is able to afford the basics of life and that they also see an opportunity of growth. If citizens can decide on funds distributions and tracking, no amount of politics nor other schemes can derail any positive development and there will no longer be issues like continuity. :-) World Bank and Donors need to wake up, stop choking and killing the developing world slowly. Seriously we need to start thinking of ways to start a process of dialogue with Donor Communities and World Bank officials--minus govt officials and politicians. @Kyalo : Thnks for the link. :-) Rgds. -- The EL_Diablo is a metaphor...
