I think we need an intelligent hardliner, somebody similar to the Mao in china,<br><br>Such a leader would be able to get the country back to order and would surely eliminate the impunity that exists especially amongst the current leaders.<br>
<br>Considering he will be a dictator he may be able to get hardworking guys reaping from their labour, and thus eliminate the need for corruption and off-course smoke guys who incite others and remind us of our tribal affiliations.<br>
