activated years ago as long as the user tops up. On the other hand
Zain just paid for the first activation and they where done. So if
safaricom cuts cost they will not afford to say dealers and make a
profit. My bet is they will come up with offers to counter Zain's
offer and as usual kenyan will fall for it.
