[Skunkworks] BGP flaps ....

Hi, We currently have a scenario with our ISP .The link is up but BGP keeps flapping . The ISP does not seem to want to help in providing a solution .They say everything is well on their end. What clues or what issues cause BGP to flap ? Any ideas ? Thanks...
