btw:
my villagers (am trying to serve my clansmen up in shags) claim that even that sms number service is congested and most likely crashed. And again it also happened last year...not sure how that is wired up (whom to blame).
But i suspect the content provider bought for the sms number (5***) from one of the leading mobile providers and then setup the database server at his/her end. Meaning the failure could either be at the mobile provider or the service provider - my guess it that is at both points.
walu.
