I need a guy with the following qualifications.

Self motivated customer focused Level 1/2    System/Network Administrator  who will work under minimal supervision.

 Duties :

 Daily helpdesk and end user troubleshooting

Day to day systems and Network administration

Creation and Maintenance of application Network Diagrams

Own technical relationship for assigned customer

Continual review of  systems and make recommendations

Takes ownership of customer’s issues as necessary, working problems to resolution or escalating

Thorough documentations of environments with SOP’s

Continuous improvement through Education

Education:

Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and network protocols, in-depth knowledge on Windows and Unix OS, understanding application architecture and support…) …college education preferred and or certification
