On another note...Lucid Lynx is a breath of fresh air. Smooth install, no hiccups...the new dark interface is way better (frankly I hated the previous one)...and had a few issues with 9.04 especially on my ATI graphics laptop. No more fglrx required! Yay!

Regardless of OS, I think a clean install is the best way to go over upgrading. Only drawback is reinstalling your apps and restoring other data...but if you've partitioned your HDD, it's not so bad... :)
You could also try it in a VM before you decide to clean house...i'm running Lucid Lynx on virtualbox and it looks sweet...

With the launch of Lucid Lynx how are Skunks planning on upgrading? A clean install or using the inbuilt upgrade from Update Manager. and why?Interested in how techies here are handling it._______________________________________________
